Refund Policy

Return request should be initiated within 30 days from the time that the package was successfully delivered.

Here are a few details before you’re making a return:

  • All returns or refunds must be approved by our support team. Please contact us with your issue, and we'll help you the best way we can.
  • Email us and include a photo of the product (instructions below)
  • Return Policy does not apply to products purchases with a discount code, sale items, or free Items.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS:

After your order has been placed, if you want to request order modifications, or change of address, please note the maximum time frame you have to contact to our customer support team and make the request: 

  • 24 hours for All over print products: hoodie, zip hoodie, sweatshirt, T-shirt, leggings, leather bag, sneakers, high top shoes, light up shoes, car seat covers, and socks.
  • 2 hours for Direct print products: T-shirt, long sleeve T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, flowy tank, unisex tank, mugs, phone cases, stickers, and notebooks

We strictly implement no cancellation of orders.

 

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER:

At Rey's Dragon, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, sometimes mistakes could happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/when it happens. If you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement or refund for you!

 

We do not accept returns if the reason are as follows:


- Customer expecting a different product compared to what was ordered through the website.
- Just doesn't like the product.
- Expecting a different finish of the product. Please read the full description and features of each product you are planning to purchase.

- The item(s) have been washed or used multiple times.

- The item(s) have been altered in any way

*We only accept return of an item if it was damaged during shipping or it is not as described. To initiate a return, please send us a detailed message along with photos for validation to info@reysdragon.com

We work things out with our customers so we highly recommend them not to open disputes straight to their issuing bank or any funding source.


NOTE: Customers who refused packages will not be refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
Before returning your product, please contact our customer support via Email, for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $85, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
